How it works

Once you chose the item and you have clicked on the check out, please fill the informations required of the person who is buying the product, then add the receiver's email address in the "additional notes" section. The receiver is the person you want us to receive the item.

The person who receives your gift will find in their email address our content (which can be a picture or an audio) that you have previously chose, coming along with a text message written how much you have spent for them.

Intellectual Property Rights Policy

The Terms and Conditions prohibit shop owners from setting up or putting into circulation any merchandising articles that infringe the original author, brand or copyrights of a third party. Since a majority of the process is done automatically, Royal Valentine cannot insure that these rights are never infringed by a shop owner. Therefore, Royal Valentine asks all rightful owners that suspect intellectual property rights to let the company know immediately.

Following the Terms and Conditions, Royal Valentine holds the right to immediately delete all content (graphics, logos, text, etc.) that violate the intellectual property rights of an original author, brand or copyright. The shop owner must produce a confirmation of rights to the copyright or rights to use the copyright for every design uploaded. This would require proofing every design before accepted by Royal Valentine and potentially by a third party.

Personal data means all data that can be personally related to you, e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address but not user behaviour, we do not collect data about user behaviour.
All the data is the one needed to process the order, after the purchase and delivery process is done, all the customer's data is deleted from our servers.
